Okay. I am SICK of looking this way. It has been a rollercoaster ride for my weight ALL my life. I am changing that starting NOW!
I am doing the August Challenge, and hopefully we see some results from it, and boost my enthusiasm for doing this!! :cheer:

This completely disgusts me!! I am SOOOOO doing this. Not only am I keeping track here, but also in a written journal. Food, and exercise.
