2 pieces of whole wheat bread
pringles & cottage cheese
hamburger, hotdog, chips, baked beans

Oh here is my dreaded thread. I am at...148. I want to lose 30lbs. Tonight I start my jogging again. I lost a good amount of weight last Feb-May when I was jogging with our Husky. Stopped because of the hot weather but now I'm determined to keep doing it no matter the weather.
When it's hot outside I will be running early morning or late evening. Tonight will be the evening.
