Isabree's Weightloss Journal :)
 
Thought I would start this journal to keep myself accountable!
I've been struggling with my weight since having my first daughter, and became pregnant very quickly with my second daughter and that made it even harder.

In June I was 162, went on vacation for 2 weeks and came back to weigh in at 156, so I figured that was the time to start, and not gain the pounds I had lost!

I started WW about a month ago, and working out on Wii active 6 days a week.

I'm currently at 151.4. My goal is to be 130, I don't have a time limit on this goal, but the sooner the better!

My first mini goal is to reach 148.2lbs. This seems to be taking forever!

Today was weigh in day:
150.2 :) I lost cms in a few places, but not in my waist where i want them gone. But of course the bust is going bye bye :( lol
Did my wii active workout today, I think I need to ramp it up.

I'm constantly feeling like i'm not doing this right... Like I'm not eating healthy enough, not exercising enough. I guess I feel like this about everything in my life: just never good enough.

Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! It's all i can think about today... I just had a 100 cal snack pack of chocolate covered pretzels and it's taking all i've got to not go finish off the box! Why am I having such bad cravings today?

I guess I missed last week... I just had another weigh in: 147.6lbs... and I got my 5% star on weight watchers, and got to set another goal! yay. I've changed my workout routine a little bit:
Monday, Tuesday, thursday, friday - Wii active 6 week challenge
Wednesday and Saturdays- Wii fit yoga mixed with strength
Monday through saturday- Ab workout to correct diastasis.
Sunday = rest day!
Phewww!

I've been pretty good on my points, and haven't been using my weekly or activity points towards food!
