Well, here I am, almost 4 months pp from baby #5 and ready to lose it!
Starting weight - 191
I have to find a tape for measurements.. :blink:
Yesterday I ate like crap.. 2 cream eggs and a big mac included lol i did however get a session of 8 min abs in and 8 min arms
Today is a new beginning for food.. here is what I ate
salad and cucumber sandwich
stir fried chicken with rice and lots of veg
I also took the girls on a walk.. not a super long one, but we were gone 40 mins or so....
My biggest goal at this point is to get in some sort of activity daily, even if it is just a game of hide and seek! Also, to cut out junk for the most part.. not going to totally deprive myself though, as I know that is a recipe for disaster! No eating after 730ish pm, and to try not to let myself get totally ravenous before I eat!
