1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
4 Flour tortillas (6 inch), cut into quarters
1 cup salsa
1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 Green onions, sliced
1/4 cup Sour cream
Brown meat. Add water and taco seasoning, heat for five minutes.
Cover bottom of a 9" pie pan with half of tortillas.
Remove half of meat and put over tortillas. Add a layer of remaining tortillas, then the rest of the meat mixture.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
