Hey there everyone!
I've been trying to think of ways I can get into better shape. Somebody mentioned Cross-Fit!
I have a few friends that do Cross-Fit and they all rave about it. They look great too. It is pretty intense, I hear :-)
As long as you find a place that has good coaches. I have seen a TON of injuries come out of some of those places.. it is pricey too.
