some tips from personal experience

~always wear loose, comfortable clothing
~do not sit cross legged, with knees up, or any position other than straight up or lying down. No reclining either.
~try turning things in your house upside down, pictures, things you see most often, or maybe everything!
~try sleeping opposite of how you normally sleep, head where your feet usually are

What great articles! I think American Drs need to be clued in. When I went in for my very first appt to confirm pregnancy my OB thought I had a bicorniate uterus and went on to say I would most likely need a c/s! How scary that at a little less than 8 weeks that was all ready my option. :( It was later discovered that I do not have a bicorniate, but it's sad that OBs go straight to c/s when breech is mentioned, yet midwives with less medical machines around are able to deliver breech babies.
