Babywearing and Nursing

I just took a Babywearing class (wish I would have done that with my son) and now I have three favorites stuck in my head. The lady said you can nurse in all three. Which ones are easier for you to nurse in: ring sling, Mei-Tai, or woven/linen wrap?

The only ones I've managed to nurse in are ring slings and stretchy wraps.

I have a very short torso and massive breasts. I find it is MUCH easier for me to nurse in the slings. Any time the baby is in a straight up and down position, they are positioned a head above my breast and can't reach it.

I have never been able to nurse while baby wearing and I've tried all kinds of slings. I don't know why. It's just never comfortable. I guess a pouch or ring sling I could do it, but those slings hurts my shoulder in general so I never wear them, even though I think they are so so cute.

I was a EE when I nursed so I've wondered how I'll fit boobs and baby in a wrap lol.

nursing in a wrap was definitely more difficult than a ring sling -but I also am not comfortable in one-shouldered carriers. I'm a G cup usually during nursing and made it work. Totally too much detail but my nipples angle downward so if I pull my breast up over my bra/shirt it kind of puts the nipple at just the right angle for nursing in the wrap (as a newborn in a side-lying position). It definitely takes some finagling and practice!

I have nursed in both a ring sling and mei-tai. Maybe it's because I'm tall, but the Mei-Tai is my favorite. I felt it was more secure than the ring sling, so I could truly be hands-free. I'm a 32 E/F when breastfeeding, which I don't consider huge, but not small either. I could never figure out a wrap; It was too labor intensive to have to loosen/tighten to get to the right level. But if modesty is a concern, a wrap is the most covering..
