Is it common to have a super light period after a miscarriage?

Me again. I am a bit perplexed (duh :p). My chart shows that I did ovulate and that I am on 11 DPO (Thurs). My temp did drop a little bit and (but is .3 away from the LTL still) and today I noticed a very light pink/tan bleeding. Almost imperceptible at first but then later it became more pink and then a little bit more red. I thought this was definitely my period but a few days early (maybe a short luteal phase because of my recent miscarriage?). But it's sooo light and it's been hours. I would consider it spotting at this point and hasn't even gotten dark red yet. That's really weird for me and so far this looks like it will be the lightest period I've ever had in my life.

Is that a common thing I don't know about?

I ovulated on CD 27 with CD 1 being the start of the miscarriage.

Now the floodgates will probably open tomorrow before anyone reads this anyway. :oP We'll see... But it doesn't feel like it will.

After a m/c, it's not unusual to have a shorter LP and pre-menstrual spotting. I doubt your whole AF will be this light, but the spotting may continue for a few days before the actual flow starts.

OK, it's getting in the realm of normalcy now. I would still consider this a really slow start but isn't worry-worthy today... just a bit off from my usual. I also had practically no cramps and didn't have my usual menstrual headache! I don't mind NOT getting back in that swing.

My first cycle post-miscarriage I had three days of spotting before my actual period started, and only had an 11-day LP. From questions I was asking at the time, it seems like just about any pattern is "normal" after a loss.
