~ March 29th Bonus Challenge ~

This is the last bonus challenge, so I am giving FIVE of you ladies the chance to pick up 3 bonus points for your team on here.

As Thanksgiving is a major holiday for many of you in November, there are five Thanksgiving trivia questions!

Find the answer and post it first to get your 3 points. You may only answer ONE question. However if someone else has answered a question and you have a different answer, it may be worth posting it, in case their answer is incorrect. :)

1. What was the name of the child born on board the Mayflower?

2. Which famous Thanksgiving food was not part of the feast on the first Thanksgiving?

3. Which Native American Indian tribe helped the pilgrims?

4. Who was the first governor of the Plymouth colony of pilgrims?

5. What sort of ship was the Mayflower?

EASTER QUIZ WILL BE POSTED TOMORROW FOR ALL TO PLAY FOR THE FINAL POINTS!! :yellowcheer: :greencheer: :yellowcheer:

You are allowed to look up on the internet, I don't expect people to know the answers off top of their head! ;)

Pumpkin pie is correct.

On 5 I will accept galleon as have looked up and is correct, though I was thinking of cargo ship as opposed to passenger ship. ;)

Wampanoag is correct, or the alternative name Pakanoet.

4 still to answer.

Yay! I did check the turkey after I posted and got mixed answers, ranging from "no" to "no evidence" to "probably wild turkey" to "YEAH TURKEY!"

John Carver is the correct one, well done.

Best thing to do is cross-check a few sites ;) - Google and Wikipedia aren't always right. ;)

OK well done ladies, this one is closed!!
