I took it with one of my pregnancy's at the end, and all it did was cause horrible cramping!

There are a couple things like this right? Is this one you eat or put in your vajazzle?

Super interesting. I was going to ask about using it internally the last few weeks, but think I'll stick to my Gentle Birth and call it a day .... thanks for posting.

Yep, EPO can be taken orally or put up the va-jay jay. I would not have not done it "down there" but after reading the study, don't want to take it orally either. :)
