Cold weather baby wearing momma question

For all you baby wearing momma's who live in cold weather. Do you have a jacket or anything special you wear or plan to wear to keep you and lo warm? Do you just put them in a warm outfit and wear an open jacket? Or do you have a special jacket? Just not sure I can justify spending $250 - $500 on a special jacket, even if it converts to a regular jacket later...

It's already snowed here twice this month so i suspect it'll be a cold winter, but i dont plan on getting a special coat. We have warm outfits for baby as well as hats for her, and I will wear my regular coats.

With my Moby she's warm enough. :)
With the ergo I'd probably do pants at least if it gets cold enough.

Ok, so sounds like maybe I don't need anything special then. Don't want him to be cold, but I do have snowsuits so it should be fine.

Yeah I wore her in the moby with a nursing cover over her in some really cold wind. She was fine, I was freezing!
And the ergo is pretty warm too. Just maybe a hat too with pants and socks.
