I am in, though my goal is different.. I just started Slim in 6.. Work out dvds.. Not sure how many mins each workout is.. Maybe 30.. Imm have to look today. Its a 6 week workout. So, Ill just log that I did in fact do it each day..

Yes, we can!!

So, I wanted to update my 10k 'reward'. I ran the 10k in 1:02:49, which is almost 8 minutes better than my time in 2011. I improved my 5k by almost 4 minutes, which I am very proud of! I am looking at other 5k in the area and hoping to keep running now that it's over. My goal for next year is to do in under an hour. Did I mention I hate running, lol!

It was hard, and a few times I had to just quit cause I was literally falling asleep on the treadmill. I'm clumsy enough without having medicine increase my risk of falling. :( Thankfully this new combo of meds with an inhaler added in seems to be helping.

Doing alright.. Not really seeing any results yet.. I know it takes time but its hard.. Im sure Im not pushing my self hard enough. Keep on keeping on!

I am behind where I want to be for midway through the month. Going to have to push myself a little harder to reach my goal. I was hoping to have walked half of my miles and have half of my minutes done by halfway through the month. (8 miles and 59 minutes behind schedule)
