Weekend challenge
 
So I know the weekends can be crazy and hectic and you don't always get in the workout that you should. I challenge you go get at least 15 minutes of exercise each day this weekend. It can be as simple as taking a walk after dinner or as complex as a strength-training/cardio workout. Just try and aim for at least 15 minutes each day!

Yesterday I stood for about 4 hours at the fair, then walked around for about 1 1/2 hours.

Yesterday, I walked to and from PO - about 10 minutes. Then I push mowed the lawn for 45 minutes! I'm SORE today!
