I am trying as hard as I can to think positive thoughts during this pg, but I am still so scared :unsure:

I really need help with positive thinking. Does anyone have any tips or books that helped them? TIA.

I have 3 pregnancy prayers that I found online, printed and hung on my mirrors and refrigerator. I have a book called Expectant Prayers for Expectant Mothers. It is really like a journal but there is a prayer for every day of the week and broken down by week 4, week 5, week 6, etc. I find that when I get anxious if I read certain prayers I feel better. Other than that just taking one day at a time is the only way I've made it this far. :confused:

Yep, just one day at a time. I set little "goals" for myself. The 1st was to make it passed 6w, then see the HB, then hear the HB and so on. Baby steps!

Also St. Anne (Mary's mother) is the parton saint of pregnant women and women in labor. You can always ask her for a little help.

Just try to take each day at a time. never to fast.

I found making crafts or some type of hobby...kept my mind off of things...

We are here for you as well. vent when ever you need to :)
