I guess take it one day at the time and enjoy because even though some of you might be very uncomfortable you will miss it.

I agree with all the other ladies. Plus....set milestones. Always ask us any questions and know we will all be here cheering you on.

Express your worries on here if you don't feel comfortable doing it IRL. We understand what it's like and it always feels better to get stuff off your chest. Don't bottle up your worries.

Our grads rock! Great advice. it's so great to see your little miracles. They are truly testimony to the fact that things can go really well, even after suffering the pain of a loss!

Take "charge" at your appointments and at delivery. Trust your instinct and don't let anyone make your decisions for you. If you don't understand something, ASK! Don't try to please others with your decisions, do what YOU want to do.

:iagree:

Also, read about postpartum depression (from baby blues to severe) and make sure your SO knows about it too. Statistically, 85% (or more) of women fall somewhere on that spectrum. And I think we are more at risk because of the stress we have been under before and during our pregnancies. Its so hard for someone who has wanted to hold their LO so desperately to admit that they are feeling bummed out. I really felt guilty about it.
