Bedtimes

For Pregnant Ladies:
What was your bedtime pre-pregnancy?

What is it now - earlier? later? about the same?

How much sleep are you finding you need now?

For Mommies:
What time do your little ones go to bed?
Do they sleep through the night?
What time do you go to bed?

Pre-pregnancy I went to bed around 10:00 pm.
Now I go to bed around 9:00 (I'm just exhasted)
I have to get up at 6:00 am for work but I would definitely sleep later if I could. I think I could sleep most of the day if I let myself.

Both my kids go to bed around 8:00. Jacob is usually a little bit earlier than Jackson but both are in bed on a week night by 8:00. We let Jackson stay up until 8:30 on the weekends.
thankfully they both sleep through the night now.

Re: Bedtimes

What time do your little ones go to bed? Reagan and Addy both go to bed between 8 and 8:30. Reagan is usually awake a little later though. On weekends, sometimes, they stay up later, depending on what we are doing. No set bedtime really, just when we notice them winding down.

Do they sleep through the night? Yes, thankfully!

What time do you go to bed? My bedtime varies greatly, but I am a night owl. I typically go to bed between 11 and 12 and then have to get up around 6:15/6:30 to go to work, so I am usually exhausted. That doesn't stop me from staying awake, I can't seem to fall asleep before 11 no matter what I do!

All times are GMT -7. The time now is 10:42 AM.
