Two for Tuesday

What type of vehicle do you drive? Love it/Hate it?
Who does most of the cooking in your house? What about the cleaning?

What type of vehicle do you drive? Love it/Hate it? I have a Honda Odyssey and I love it. With three kids and three car seats it is a must have for us. Plus now I have this huge double stroller and it fits in the back.
Who does most of the cooking in your house? What about the cleaning? me and me. DH doesn't get home until around 6:30 pm every night and I get home around 5:00 pm so I try to go ahead and cook; he does help me clean up some nights. I do all the cleaning in the house; I'm a neat freak though and I like it clean

What type of vehicle do you drive? Love it/Hate it? Well which vehicle I drive depends on if DH is home. We have a Prius, but he drives it to work so if he's gone and I go somewhere I drive my truck, Dodge Ram. The Prius is small (gets great gas mileage though which is why DH bought it), so it makes parking easy. But I still prefer to drive my truck if it's not out of town. I like that I'm up higher and it's roomier (we'll use it sometimes for long trips especially camping).

Because I'm home more I do most of the cooking. Usually DH will cook once or twice a week when he's working. Cleaning is kind of split. My older 2 have their chores and DH will help out when he sees a mess or when asked. But mostly the kids and I keep the inside clean and DH takes care of the outside.

Who does most of the cooking in your house? What about the cleaning? Being a SAHM means I do most of the cooking and cleaning. DH is really, really good at helping out though. He has picked up a lot of slack with my pregnancy and the newborn stage.

What type of vehicle do you drive? Love it/Hate it? I have a Hyundai Elantra. I like it quite a bit. We'll see how it does with a carseat. We live in the city and DH walks, bikes or takes public transit, so we just have the one car. I drive a lot for my job.Who does most of the cooking in your house? What about the cleaning? Me and me. I cook maybe 2-3 times a week, and try to make enough for multiple meals. Love my crockpot. We also get takeout at least once a week. Our neighborhood has some good not-too-unhealthy options, like Lebanese. With cleaning... sigh. I wish DH did more. But I like things CLEAN. DH will do things if I ask/point them out, but doesn't really seem to take notice on his own. I have a pretty good & manageable routine of keeping up with things.

Chevy Tahoe. Love it. I know it's not ideal in the eye of gas mileage, but living out in the rural area that we do I need something to get me through the snow and whatever else mother nature throws at me...
Who does most of the cooking in your house? What about the cleaning?
Me and me and me. :) dh helps here and there... does his laundry if I get behind and will load the dishwasher for me. But he is primarily responsible for vehicle maintenance and outdoor care. Once I am a SAHM I will focus and try to get more of a cleaning routine.... hopefully ;-)
