super confused, pregnancy test positive but can't see sac at 5 weeks

He everyone, not too new to jm but has been inactive. 5 days ago I did a pregnacy test after missing my period. All 3 test were positive. I was supposed to travel today so I iust went in to confirm pregnancy and get any medical advice. Again test was positive but the utrasound did not shoe gestation sac. They thought they saw some fluid in the ovaries. They told me to meet a radiology specialists to have another opinion of which I am doing today. I am so on scared because they think it might be an ectopic pregnacy. I am fine and not bleeding in any way. Any thoughts? Need your help please.

I went for an ultrasound at 5w1d with my twins. They saw only one really small sac...the other was not visible. It is completely possible that everything is fine and you are just too early. Fingers crossed for good news today!

A quick update, so the other test went okay. They couldn't see the sac but the ob doc said its too ealry so I shouldnt worry about anything. He told me to go back at 8 weeks. Just clocked 7 weeks today so I am excited. I am still abit anxious with the next meeting but so far every thing seems okay. Thanks for the support
