prenancy nutrition

Hi!

I'm 4 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and would love to connect with Momma's who love to talk nutrition and meal planning for healthy pregnancies!!
OR if you want that kind of support, let me know!!
IS there a specific board for this topic? Let's chat!

Both of my first two ended up having a dairy/soy intolerance for the first year of their lives... meaning that I had to go off dairy and soy completely while I was breastfeeding. I've always wondered if I decreased my dairy/soy intake during pregnancy, they would be less sensitive. Pregnant with my third now.

It probably might not have mattered much. Allergies are a medical phenomenon that is still hard to pinpoint, and the studies done on them are inconclusive and confusing at the very least :/

Without a doubt, a nutritious, well-balanced eating plan can be one of the greatest gifts you give to your soon-to-be-born baby. Pregnancy nutrition is essential to a healthy baby. Ideally, adopting a healthy eating plan before pregnancy is best.

I had read and information about the nutrition during pregnancy this can give good information about nutrition.

Theres so much to know about nutrition. You definitely should be keeping in mind gestational diabetes as that is a trap that pregnant women can fall into. I`d follow one of those regimens but basically high in complex carbs is the main key.
