Week 1: march 1-8

Thursday: 20 minute walk in morningdid
Friday: 1 hour tae bo-did
Saturday: 1hour dance with dd didnt do
Sunday: 1 hour exercise mix --run steps,dance,taebo--did

week 2

March 8th----Thursday: grocery shopping--3 hours--- walking,stair climbing,weight lifting.
march 9th Friday: 1 hour tae bodidnt do
march 10 Saturday: 1hour dance with dddid
Sunday: 1 hour exercise mix --run steps,dance,taebo


Week 3:march 17-24
Thursday: 20 minute walk in morning-- did
Friday: 3 hours running/chasing dd--did
Saturday: 1hour dance with dd- did
Sunday: 1 hour exercise mix --run steps,dance,taebo

Week 4: march 25- 31

Thursday: 20 minute walk in morning
Friday: 1 hour tae bo

thanks- the weight is just falling off this time around. i guess that is what happens when u chase ur toddler around 24/7

The chasing is only beginning with Brandon and he's not even really crawling yet (he commando crawls very quickly). Can't wait to have to actually run after him. :)

well an update- its march 18th and i am still 132-134ish-- these 17-19 pounds will not come off~ I DEMAND YOU TO COME OFF NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!

i really want these weight to come off cuz i want to be tiny! i never been tiny and i want it badly! plus watching the next p-cat dolls is depressing me! lol. stupid media and their way of distorting body image!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The media is brutal. I've been as tiny as my body will allow without being anorexic and believe me it doesn't look like one of them PCD girls. I'm not petite and I've got hips and a tush...I love my curves. I just want mine firmer and under control.

Keep up the hard work on the weightloss front, I'm sure you'll make it to your goal in time. We are behind you 100%...not litterally of course cause that'd be creepy. :)

dress i will be wearing to a wedding.. i dont think i need to loose the 15 pounds. to fit this dress. we shall wait and see if i need to loose any to fit in the other one if it ever comes.

well i dont think i am gonna loose any more weight. -- look what hubby worte me in a email..
"also, about ur question about if u look like a stick... u have lost a lot of weight, u look good. I think that u have lost enough weight, I think that if u just toned up the muscles then u would b fine. U have a great figure, and would look great, u have done really good, I dont think that u need to lose any more." :D

now time to tone up my bootie and my abs... what can i do!??????

You look really great :) How tall are you??

I need to loose some weight...about 70lbs...it's just hard sticking to the work out routine..2 weeks ago i started jogging/speed walking a mile and 1/2 every other day. I kept up with it for a week then on the day I was supposed to go jogging I told myself..ehh I'll do it tomorrow! and I never started back up :( It's so easy to say but so hard to do sometimes :(

Congratz on all the weight loss though. I agree, you look really good :)

i am 5ft 4.75 inches. i talked with my dr and he said my weight goal of 115 is reaching unhealthy expectations.... on the bmi charts........ at 130 i am in the health range....
