Before: 01/25/2008 (Just miscarried a week ago, 8 weeks along)
Weight: Guessing 155-160 Waist: 30'' (YIKES!) Hips:40" Thigh: 24" Calf: 16.5" Arms: 13" Above Chest: 36" Underneath Chest: 30" Lower Tummy: 35" I am guessing my body fat % to be around 30% as this is basically where I was last year when I had it tested. The day this picture was taken, I was wearing a size 4 American Eagle Jeans that were really loose on my waist...I had to give those jeans away recently becuase I couldn't even get them over my thighs. Excercise Plan: Daily 50 minute walks at least 5 times a week. Pilates 3 times a week Food Plan: Following Nutritionist guidlines of: 5 servings of bread/starch a day 4 servings of Fruit 2 Servings of Vegetables 2 Servings of Dairy 6 ounces of protein Week One: Weight: 159 Waist: 32'' Hips:42'' Thigh: 23'' Calf: 17'' Arms: 12.5 Above Chest: 35.5'' Underneath Chest: 32'' Lower Tummy: 35.5'' Week Two: Weight: 157 Waist: 31'' Hips:41'' Thigh: 23'' Calf: 16'' Arms: 12.5'' Above Chest: 34.5'' Underneath Chest: 30'' Lower Tummy: 34.5'' Long boring TTC break |
