Here's a little background on me - Before i had my dd i was 185-189 i worked out and actually loved my body and curves(winter 2005). The week before i have birth to my dd i weighed 241(July 2006). So i had gained about 52 pounds. Within 1 month i had came down to 208. Well a few months later i started creeping back up. I went up 217 (spring 2007). Well in the summer of 2007 i came back down to about 210. And then once i stopped nursing i came down to about 202 but fluctuating sometimes up to 208. I've started and stopped with this dieting but i'm trying to get serious. I'm tired of my weight going up and down.
