No-Fuss Salad Dressing
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or ¼ teaspoon dried dillweed
¼ teaspoon celery seed
¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add horseradish, mustard, parsley, dill, celery seed, and pepper. Mix well.
Place dressing in a serving bowl and serve immediately. Or, to prepare dressing in advance, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Alternatively, combine all dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well to blend before serving. Makes 1 ½ cups.
