For people who have a sweet tooth and need something healthy to replace fatty sweets and candies
this made two portions for me
-a handful of black forest fruit (frozen isle in tescos or for those that would make there own it contains sweet dark cherries, sweet red grapes, blackberries and blackcurrants.)
-3 tbsp Greek style Yogurt (I use light)
blend in the blender so that the yogurt has change colour but there are still bits of fruit pour into smal plactic containers and put in the freezer til the top has frozen (dont want to leave it in there to long as you want the centre to be soft and runny)
OPTIONAL- a very small amount of squirty crème with slices of fresh strawberry.
