3 tablesppons lowfat mayonnaise
1 egg white
two 6 oz. cans albacore tuna, drained and flaked apart
1 med potato, peeled, boiled, and mashed
2 green onions, minced
1/4 to 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs divided
1.Combine the mayonnaise, egg white, tuna, potato, green onions, and 2 tablespoons of the breadcrumbs. Shape into 6 burgers.
2.Dust with and then press in enough of the remaining breadcrumbs so the burgers are lightly coated.
3.Coat a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and place over moderate heat. Cook the burgers for abotu 3 mins, turn once, and cook until done, about 3 mins more, until golden and cooked through.
