Parmesan Fried Chicken
Frozen skinless chicken breast tenders (as many as you need for your family)
Low fat grated Parmesan Cheese
Pam cooking spray
Spray a frying pan with Pam. Place frozen chicken tenders in the pan and start to cook over medium heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese topping. Flip chicken and sprinkle with more cheese. Continue to flip and cover with cheese until chicken is coated and cheese is browned to create a "fried chicken" crust.
