**Edited to add, I cannot take credit for this list. I compiled two old stickies in effort to clean up the board.**

Sperm assays and investigations - including DNA fragmentation testing
Hysteroscopy, HSG etc. to check for scarring, fibroids, polyps etc

Ureaplasma
Bacterial vaginosis
Chlamydia and any other bacterial infections
Varicella Zoster antibodies

Sonohystogram (SHG):
An SHG is an u/s with saline procedure that looks at the shape of the uterus as well as looks at the tubes.--Tylenol and Advil are recommended before the procedure.

Glucose Resistance Testing:
You must fast for 12 hours before you take this test and you are normally expected at the lab first thing in the morning. A blood vial will be taken to check for your normal resting glucose levels. You will then be given an aweful tasting orange drink that is super sweet and kinda tastes like that McDonald's orange drink. A couple of hours later you will return to the lab and another blood sample will be taken to check you glucose levels after have your system shocked with the sugar. Plan to take the morning off because it eats into a good protion of the morning and some tests require further blood work at various hours through the day.
HSG--a procedure where they insert a catheter into your cervix and inject your uterus with dye to check the shape of your uterus and to make sure your tubes are clear via x-ray

You can also run a karyotype on the embryo, if you've had a D&C or have an intact piece of placenta (sorry to be so graphic) :( It will tell you if there were chromosomal errors.

I'm so sorry for your losses. I am going waiting on my fifth loss now. :(

Hydrate (a lot) before your appointment. My OB took 8 vials of blood from me. Then when I went to the RE, he took another 6 vials for further testing.
