usually I have a herbalife shake with fruit mixed in, some tea...then after my workout I have a snack....which can be anything really LOL..usually it looks like a nice light breakfast

My biggest struggle is body image...no matter how many times people tell me I look great, tell me how thin I've gotten, I look in the mirror and still see a flabby old lady...sigh....

my only goal for the next 24 days is complete every day of the makefatcrychallenge from The Betty Rocker...that is 15min workouts every day :) I am done with 6 of 30 today...tomorrow onto day 7....

though after Helena I ended up loosing 30+ and then gaining it all back plus some...its been an up down struggle...

nuts, That's It fruit bars (they literally only have 2 ingredients) I like to mix shrimp with avocado/guac with baby spinach...or wrap gluten free lunch meats and tomato slices in lettuce...any other...

I usually do my workout in the morning...and then sometimes again before I go to bed, I'll do a 45-60min stint on the elliptical....it seems to help me sleep! LOL
