I do not drink at all on medicated cycles. I will occasionally have 1 drink while not doing medicated cycles in the 2ww, but I rarely drink anyway. I seriously can buy a 6 pack of my drink of choice...

using vaginal suppositories, you won't realyl see the numbers show up on a blood draw, because it's right there at the source.

I'd ask about taking another does of prometrium or adding oral dosages too, because the vaginal could be irritating and causing spotting too.

*hugs* are you on progesterone at all? I'd ask for a script for that too just in case to cover the bases. I hope that come monday your numbers are nice and high
