Photobucket gives you the codes right there on the right side of page usually to just post in the box . Just make sure you preview your post before you submit it to see if you put in the right code

I can suffer from severe cramps and have tried a few things over the years what I found seems to help some is tea with pepermint in it and a dash of cinnamon or just sprinkle cinamom in tea or on...

Thanks ladies still not positive if it is AF just barely any spotting and feel like I've run a marathon so dag nabbit tired. Exhausted tiredness more than my sometimes normal I need to sleep caused...
