It really depends on the day anymore. Lately I've been having some pretty rough days where I'm getting a lot of BH and some somewhat painful contractions and lower back aches, but nothing that lasts...

Is anyone here doing (or has done previously) the Lamaze technique to give birth? My SO's mother has been pestering me the last few days over this....She thinks that this is the only way to make it...
