Absolutely, but I practice Christian meditation as a form of prayer...so perhaps not quite what you're looking for. Skip the rest if so. :)

My favorite meditation is the Rosary; which is...

Re: Paraguard??

Many women experience hair loss due to the Paraguard. It's a sign of Copper Toxicity, which is kind of similar to an allergic reaction. Your body is reacting to the copper in the IUD.

As for...

Re: Wanting to try NFP but..

The least confusing, most effective way to learn is by taking a class and working with a charting instructor. Trying to figure it out alone is SOOO much more confusing!

There are several...

Re: Help with heavy/painful AFs (OT)

There are a few different types of NFP. For help with medical issues, I suggest either the Billings Ovulation Method (BOMA-USA (http://www.boma-usa.org)) or the Creighton Model (www.fertilitycare.or)

Re: Help with heavy/painful AFs (OT)

Well, the very first thing that would help is to find out why your periods are heavy and painful. Painful heavy periods and endo are both signs of an underlying hormonal imbalance. Birth control...

Re: Did I ovulate?

A pattern like that is pretty typical PP. However, I'd need to know details about the daily obsevations to see if you reached Peak or not. Did your instructor think it did?

Re: Scratching My Head...

I don't get it either! Worried about the hormones in meat, but totally ok with synthetic hormonal contraceptives that are verified carcinogens??? Can't wrap my head around it.

But then, if...

Re: Babysitters?

Only hubs, like when I go out for a run or a hair appointment or something! I'm still exclusively nursing though (no pumping), so I don't leave him longer than about an hour or two at the max.

Re: Fertility

Don't they give you private follow ups during the post partum stage to help you make sense of your PP chart? I consult with my PP clients every 2-4 weeks, even if just a quick go-over! Well, the...

Re: BIP Question

Well there's no law that you have to be good about abstaining! Only if it's necessary to TTA.

Re: changing baby

We had a change table with kids 1-4, and never used it! So I finally got rid of it when we had #5 for more space and just used the bed. Still just using our bed.

Re: BIP Question

The 56 day thing only applies if you meet the conditions for LAM, which the OP does not because of the expressed milk feedings.

To the OP - you were exactly right to consider the spotting fertile...
