Lucy, I'm sure wearing a baby adds something, but that's a lot heavier than carrying 2lb hand weights. Well, depending on the baby. ;)

If you want the weight without buying a vest, try a backpack...

It's hard to say. It looks like carrying 15 pounds adds about 1 calorie per minute compared to walking with no weight. If you're holding small hand weights, it probably doesn't contribute much to...
