It's weird...we're dealing with essentially the same thing right now. Nathan has always drank cow's milk. He's always had eczema like since infancy. Our new allergist seems to think the itching...

Hmm...with our one reaction (and it was anaphylaxis with throat closing and hives came later) the hives/symptoms were gone by the time we left the ER...so 6 hours later symptoms were pretty much...

Yes it's a good thing...Nathan ate 1 cashew and one bite from another one and his throat closed within 10 minutes. No outward symptoms or signs...it was awful...the epi saved him but that experience...

My son got his first script for one at 2 1/2 but he has always been on the 90% for weight. He's 5 weeks shy of being 5, weighs 46 pounds and has an epi jr, which is the same as he's always had...but...

I use and LOVE Benadryl perfect measures...they come in their own little plastic "spoon"....one "spoon" contains 1 tsp of Benadryl and has markings for smaller doses....the only slight problem I have...

Ok...how do they tell that from the skin test? He's had multiple skin tests and a few blood tests. The hive from the cashew was the biggest at a 6+ and all the other tree nuts were at least a 4+. ...
