I just started a new program 8 days ago and FINALLY busted through my plateau. This program is set up like this:

Monday - Total Body Cardio
Tuesday - Upper Body
Wednesday - Lower Body
Thursday...

I make it a priority. A typical day for me is like this:

4-5am Get up for work - work minimum of 8 hrs. DD is home with me while I work.
1-2pm - Get off work (depending on overtime)
2-3pm play...

Welcome! I work out at home and eat 6 small meals a day. I took advantage of our nice weather today and went out to walk with my DD before my workout. I can't wait until it is warm everyday!

I have done good throwing my excuses out and sticking with my program because I knew I would never get anywhere. My biggest was "I don't have time".. but now I am doing T25 so if I can't workout 25...

I am always following a workout program so I always follow the schedule they provide. I tried doing my own thing at the gym for 3 years and never got anywhere. I do much better doing it all at home...

The program I am doing has them on Saturday/Sunday but I normally only take one on Sunday because that is the day I grocery shop, meal prep, etc.

I avoid the scale because I fluctuate 2-3 lbs daily.. I just use my measurements to go by but I have been shocked before after having some cheat days to see I lost weight but it would be right back...

I figure mine based on my program or using the online calculators then adjust by 100-200 calories at a time if nothing is happening. :)
