don't try to rush it. take your time and it will go at it's pace. I think sometimes we try so hard to lose so fast that we can't keep up with what we put ourselves thru and it leads to 'relapses'. ...

i think i speak for most ppl here that we didn't really lose much in weight, but i could definitely tell a difference in my stamina, endurance and my physique (with muscle tone). Definitely helped...

make sure to check the YMCA though, i mentioned before they do have special rates depending on your family size and income...U may get a better deal than you think!
