I did yesterday's leg exercises since I skipped them yesterday.

I also plan on going to the gym and doing the circuit, plus do one fast mile at 7.0-8.0

I do it and I HATE it. I have awful allergies and I always feel sick afterwards. I do think it's a good work out, so there's the plus.

I am just like that too. When I get behind on my work I feel like I HAVE to get it done before I can stop for a workout, but I try my best to make myself do the work out first. I figure work can wait...
