Monday-- Gym- 45 min of cardio, 20 min strength-legs, back, and abs
Tuesday-- Gym- 60 min cardo, 20 min strenth-arms, chest, abs
Wednesday-- Rest day

If I'm having stomach issues or vomitting I don't work out because I'm not eating.. but any other time I'll work out at a lower intensity. If I slack off for a while it's hard for me to get back on...
