Re: I don't feel like potty training!

My first two were trained at 3 (after starting at 2), but I was pretty laid back about it as well. My third took longer (he was 4), but he's always been a more strong willed child.

I would...

Re: Aunt Flo is a no show

Just passing through. With my first, I think I tested the day AF was due and negative. I waited at least a week (for some reason I have 9 days after AF was due in my head), and that's when I...

Re: Question: just ADHD or something more?

Hello!

Thanks for the reply. We are currently in the process of having him evaluated (beginning of, and I know it can take awhile).

Autism was something I had thought about, but contrary to...

Question: just ADHD or something more?

Hello,

My son definitely has some sort of behavioural/developmental issue. He's 5, and we knew right from a baby that he was different, but kept on being told he was too young to do anything. ...

Re: Do you know what this means?

I recall hearing somewhere that babies can sometimes make up their own signs, so maybe that's it.

Or do you do anything in your daily activities that involves grabbing your wrist or something that...

Re: 3 years and wont go on the potty help

Hello.

My third child was like that. My other two figured out the potty training by the time they were three, but he just didn't seem to care. I tended to try to take a more laid back approach...

Re: Wasn't planning for another one yet...

Hello!

My two oldest are 18 months apart. I found it challenging when they were very young, mainly because my younger one had acid reflux which we didn't realize until he was 6 months old, and he...

Re: So why are you done

For me I couldn't mentally or physically handle any more children. Both DH and I have medical conditions that make us exhausted (and that completely destroys any patience I might possibly have). I...

Re: How bad is the pain REALLY?

What I tried to tell myself which helped me, is to just deal with it as it comes. Labour is pretty individual, depending on so many factors, although definitely moving around and not lying down...

Re: Rash developed on diaper-free toddler

I agree with checking on the possibility of yeast. If she's had diarrhea, I think it can lead to yeast infections. My daughter had yeast (mind you, she was in a diaper at the time), and plain old...

Hi!

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble! Two options that I can think of...

The first one, is (if you haven't already), have him come pick out some neat underwear with cars on it, or...

Re: Hello Ladies!

Maybe since your DH wants another in a year or two (and not immediately), tell him that although you don't feel you want another baby, that you'll talk to him about it in another year, and see if...

I'm so sorry to hear about everything you've gone through and are currently going through.

I'm not sure if what you're feeling would be classified as PPD specifically, but from what you are...

I wonder sometimes if I have TMJ or something like it. My jaw sometimes feels like it's not aligned, and if I try to align it, I'm really putting in a lot of effort and feeling like I'm trying to...

Hi! Just lurking, but found this fascinating. I read up on Synesthesia, and while I don't associate colours with numbers, I do think of the months of the year as being in certain positions.

Thanks for the reply!

I'm back to thinking it doesn't have anything to do with milk intolerance...

I'm thinking it could be some sort of bug or parasite. His bowel movements are getting...

That's a tricky one...I have always had fatigue issues since I was a teenager, so I don't know if I had this then and it just wasn't diagnosed or not. If that is the case, then it was a good 15...

My weight is right in the correct BMI range. I don't believe I've been tested for insulin and I haven't heard of the A1C test, but I was tested for fasting sugar, and that was fine.

And actually...
