From reading on a fB group, a lot of people start having the pain come back within a few months of surgery.

It's go time... and funny, on CD10 I started having really bad cramping and lower-back pain. This is the first time my ovulation (well, gearing up) really hurt! :(

I'm going to take Aleeve (naproxen) from now on and see how it works. Too bad the limit is 2 caplets per 24 hrs.
I got an Rx for naproxen the other day, but it's cheaper for me to buy Aleeve OTC....

Lupron is a hormone that would interfere with TTC, and also causes many unpleasant side effects (it reduces estrogen). I would wait it out until you have the lap, and go from there whether you want...
