Re: back to the no sleep

Re: I'm trying Lexi in her crib tonight!

I think it's perfectly fine as it can be hard to make that step.:( Also, it sounds like you've done really well in helping your baby make the transition from bassinet to crib.

Starting things off...

Re: Cosleeping

I didn't co-sleep with either of my two children, but sometimes I wish I'd tried it. I think co-sleeping as fine, up to a point, as I believe if you do it for too long, it can discourage independence...

Re: Putting baby to sleep.

There are a number of different methods and it often depends on your routine. You can have bath time, swaddling, listening to some soft music, but I always recommend finishing with a feed just before...

Re: Sleep check

I hope this doesn't continue much longer for you :( Unfortunately, as you know, some babies just sleep better than others, but there are often various strategies to try which can help. Does he settle...

This is probably a phase which will pass in time. How often does he take naps during the day? Some babies need shorter, more frequent naps, where as others can be completely different. The norm is...

Oh I see :) Sounds like you're doing all the right things, especially if she's taking enough naps during the day. I'm sure it's a phase which will pass. Good luck!

Re: 4 month sleep regression!?!?!?!?

It's normal for babies to experience some sleep regression at this age, usually between 3-5 months. It's usually caused by a change in their sleeping pattern, from long periods of deep sleep as a...

Well he's going to sleep at least!
But you are right that he needs to learn how to self soothe. One tip I can suggest is to gently tickle his foot as he is feeding so he doesn't quite fall...

Re: How to deal with lack of sleep!

Try to avoid doing this if you can. It's a common misconception that keeping a baby awake during the day can help her sleep at night. In fact, it can make things worse.

Your baby seems to be...
