I'm not sure yet. I'll either go by myself before work or I'll take Savannah in the evening and Alan will stay home with the younger kids.

Re: Answered Prayers

Well, the big one was when my SIL had her stroke. They only gave her a 10-15% chance of survival and said even if she did survive, it would probably be as a vegetable. But thanks to the prayers of so...

Re: Lent recipes?

Re: What are you doing for Lent?

I'm still thinking about it. The ideas I'm tossing around are giving up yelling (I'm not a maniac or anything but I know I do it way more than I should. :/) and (mostly) giving up the internet. If I...

Re: February Roll Call and Prayer Requests!

I'm here.

I made Alan one of those no-sew fleece blankets. My SIL made them for all the kids for Christmas and they're so warm and nice, Alan and I were kind of jealous, haha. So I made one for...

Re: First Communion Dress

Wow, I'm not sure if I would have even thought of a bridal shop. When I get to that point I'll probably either get one from JC Penney or there's a couple outlet stores near here that sell some nice...

Off topic - book exchange

Sorry, this is off topic, but I was wondering if anyone is interested in participating in a children's book exchange. I'm participating in one and need to find three more moms that want to...

Re: Catholic Names

I like a lot of them too - and most of my kids' names are on there. Savannah's middle name is on there (Grace). I'm surprised they don't list Felicity, but they do have Felicita. Similarly, I spelled...

Re: Forgiveness

My first response was to think, yeah, I'm very forgiving. I can honestly look at some of the most personally hurtful things that have been done to me and say I've forgiven those people. But I think I...

Re: January Chit Chat

Mowing my grandfather's lawn. It only took 2 hours and he paid me $40 each time I did it - as often as I wanted to basically as long as I got it done when it really needed it. That was a great job as...

Re: January Roll Call & Prayer Requests

I'm here... a little bit anyway, I've been so busy I've only checked in here and there.

I'm looking forward to a trip to Disney World with Alan's whole family.

Please continue to pray for my...
