Do talk to your Doctor. I went on antidepressants for only a few weeks, just enough so I could get a handle on my emotions. Before then I could not go barely an hour without crying.

Dh's work hours are from 7-4, but 4 out 5 days a week he does not get to leave until 5pm.

He has a 45 minute each way commute too. He's on salary so the extra hours don't add up to any extra $$...
