We always do some sort of countdown, but it varies from year to year. We also always do Christmas pjs and a new book on Christmas Eve. And the past couple of years we've done Elf on a Shelf.

For me I find that it depends on the reason that I got off track in the first place. If it was from boredom, I change something. If it was from lack of time, I try to be more efficient.

I don't think I will track as much, instead I will focus more on just eating healthy food in good portions.

I agree, and I also agree that Moms motivate me more. The top 3 figure competition winners in my province were all mothers this year! I thought that was just amazing!
