FTT is diagnosed when a child falls 2 or more major percentile lines in a relatively short period of time, or when they consistently fall below the 3% for an extended period with no upward trend.

She is doing really well. We just had her SEP meeting and she is actually way ahead of where she needs to be at the end of the year for math and for reading she is average. She took her NWEA tests...
