we have Sarah's kindergarten open house this evening during dinner time, so we will most likely going out to eat. if we decide to come home it will be deer steaks and some sort of beet dish.

on sunday my inlaws made an unhealthy feast covered in velveeta. i stuck to the veggie platter, deviled eggs, turkey, and green beans.

tonight we had local bratwurst, home made lactofermented...

we can't really afford for me to stay home, but all i've ever wanted is to be a mom and stay home with my kids. it's worth it to me.

tuesday i made a paleo cottage pie, but i made it with indian spices. :) it was really good.

the meat will last a while, i'm sure. the cheapest way to get grass fed is to buy in bulk. we did it last summer and it was totally worth it.
