Shrinking Those Tinker Bellies Nov 19 to Nov 25
 
Happy Monday!! Hope you had a good weekend.

Any hockey games this weekend Carolyn? How does Kira like the Hockey games?

This morning I did a 55 minute circuit workout and tonight I"m going to try to do some Horizontal Conditioning. I figure I will workout Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then take off Thursday and Friday. Not sure about the weekend. But I can't wait for all that yummy food on Thanksgiving.

For breakfast we had eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch is chicken salad with black bean soup and for dinner we are having chicken burgers with bake beans!!

Yep, I had a game last night! We won 3-1. Kira didn't go because it was past her bedtime (mine too, honestly :lol: ) but she loves watching. The rink where my husband plays has a bar and grill that overlooks the ice and Kira will press her face up to the glass and watch the skaters.

Today I did a Leg/Shoulder DVD.

This morning I did 3 miles on my treadmill and some horizontal conditioning. I haven't used the treadmill in awhile so I'm sure that I will be a bit sore tomorrow.

For breakfast we had omelets with mushrooms, cheese and ham. Lunch is egg salad and some more black bean soup (I made a huge pot of it so I'll be eating that for a few days) and for dinner we are having pork chops with peaches, green beans and rice.

Today, I did a 2.8 mile hike with Kira in the BOB stroller at a local open space preserve.

Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving!! I plan on eating lots of good food. I'll have to workout extra hard next week but it will definitely be worth it.

I snuck in a quick total body workout DVD (only 20 minutes) this morning; now I won't feel guilty about having yummy food later today. :lol:

My weekend exercise is a Thanksgiving hockey tournament. We had two games yesterday; we lost both but they were a bunch of fun. The entire tournament is women's teams from this general area, so I know people on almost all of the teams. Even when we lose, it's fun to skate against friends!

We have two more games today and, if we manage to win one (or both!), we play in a playoff game tomorrow, too. I'm, uh, not holding my breath for that. :lol:

This is the first time in 3.5 years that I've played more than one game in a day (in fact, the last time I played 2 games in one day was the day my disc ruptured). I feel like I was hit by a tank. :lol:
