Hope everybody had great weekends. Carolyn how did your hockey games in Vegas go?


This morning I got up and did Tabatacise. It's 45 minutes of tabatas, lots of fun but hard. I also did about 20 minutes of horizontal conditioning.

Breakfast was eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch is black bean soup with a chicken sandwich and for dinner we are having spinach and artichoke chicken, so yummy!!

Hockey was great!! We had four games in four days and wound up coming in second place in the tournament. Can't complain about that!

I was going to get up for Stroller Strides this morning but when Kira and I were both sound asleep past 7am I decided that the extra rest was more important. :lol:

Glad you had fun playing hockey this weekend and sounds like you all did a great job!!

This morning was a cardio workout followed by some bicep and tricep weight work!!

Today was a legs DVD and tonight I'll try to do some abs if I have the energy.

Tonight we are having chicken and vegetables. you put it all together in aluminum foil and cook it. So easy and so yummy!!

Today I did chest, shoulders and back weight work!!

Tonight we are eating leftovers. My favorite kind of meal..lol.

Took a rest day today. Just too darn tired to workout.

Tonight we are grilling out steaks with sweet potatoes. One of my favorites. Can't wait.

Today I really wanted to watch last night's Project Runway, but I didn't have time to do that and a workout. So I got out my Fitdeck and did bodyweight exercises from the deck while watching PR. :D
