need help with food
I need help finding yummy, filling food that is dairy free and soy free. ZKat...? Anyone? Its so hard for me because I am having to completely change my eating habits and I don't have time at all to plan elaborate meals!

During the week we eat a lot of bowls. Steamed rice, lean protien and frozen vegetables. It is easy and quick.
Chicken cacciatore, tacos, Rissotto (use vegan butter and omit the cheese), chili, vegetable beef stew are some of our weekend meals. Check out skinny taste.com. You can usually omit cheese on the recipes.
